In 2023, we opened our first ever retail ‘concept’ store in South Melbourne Market, Victoria.

The store is an opportunity for us to showcase the very best product that we usually reserve for the finest restaurants in the country, and to make them available direct to retail customers.

But we still retain a ‘market feel’ to our concept store. David Madden, the company founder, can be spotted in the store on most weekends, and he never forgets a name.
