Flinders Signature Pork Belly Rashers

Hey there. Thanks for scanning and purchasing (hopefully!) one of our packs of Signature Pork Belly Rashers at Harris Farms.

So – first things first. The pork you are holding in your hand is 100% free range from Little River, near Geelong in Victoria.

The meat is 100% carbon neutral, as it has been covered under our WORLD FIRST carbon neutral company wide certification. More info here.

 

All the ingredients are natural, with no artificial preservatives or nasties added. 6 ingredients or less because good food needn’t be complicated!

 

So – lets get cooking!

Sweet, Smokey + Spicy Pork Belly Rashers

 

How to Prepare

1. Preheat a cast iron or non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

 

2. Once the oil is hot, add the pork and cook on one side for 4 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 minutes, then give it a quick 20 seconds or so on the other 2 sides each. By then, the pork should be nice and caramelised on the outside – a rich, crunchy brown.

 

3. Allow the pork to rest 3-4 minutes, season and enjoy!
