Sweet, Smokey + Spicy Pork Belly Rashers

Using Flinders Pork Belly Rasher, all the ingredients are natural, with no artificial preservatives or nasties added. With 6 ingredients or less because good food needn’t be complicated!

So – lets get cooking!

 

How to Prepare

1. Preheat a cast iron or non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

2. Once the oil is hot, add the pork and cook on one side for 4 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 minutes, then give it a quick 20 seconds or so on the other 2 sides each. By then, the pork should be nice and caramelised on the outside – a rich, crunchy brown.

3. Allow the pork to rest 3-4 minutes, season and enjoy!
