How to Prepare
1. Preheat a cast iron or non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Once the oil is hot, add the pork and cook on one side for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
3. Allow the pork to rest 2-3 minutes, season and enjoy!
