Pickup is available for your order the day after placing it. 2pm – 5pm, 34 Hamilton Street, Oakleigh. Pay by credit card on pickup.

– Free Delivery over $200 for Inner Metro Melbourne.
– Free Delivery over $300 for Outer Metro Melbourne.
– $22 Delivery over $200 for Regional Vic.
– We will call you the day before delivery to take over the phone credit card payment.
– Deliveries are made Monday – Friday for Metro Melbourne. Allow a couple of extra days for Regional Vic deliveries.

Entrecôte's famous green sauce - Perfect for steak. Pair it with our Cape Grim Sirloin steaks for the authentic Parisian experience.
$15.15/ea for 200gm.
Bring sauce to room temperature at least 30 minutes before heating.
Remove card & flatten the contents so it is evenly distributed in the pouch.
Bring a pot of water to boil.
When ready to serve, turn the pot of water off the boil.
Submerge the sauce pouch in hot water for 30 seconds.
Remove with tongs, place on a cloth.
Give the bag a massage to mix the sauce.
Open & pour into bowl, mix with a fork to ensure the sauce is combined.
Ready to serve!
Should your sauce ‘split’ from overheating, pour into a bowl and add a tablespoon of ice cold water and whisk until the sauce comes back together.
