We are very excited to announce the opening of our first retail concept store Flinders + Co. The Butchery, at the South Melbourne Market.
The Market was an obvious choice for our first foray into the retail space. We love what the Market stands for – high quality, local produce, food provenance and environmental sustainability, so it is perfectly aligned with our core values. It is a much-loved foodie destination by the local community and wider Melbourne, and we are proud to now call it home.
Meat products from our brand partners, such as Cape Grim Beef, Robbins Island Wagyu, Roaring Forties Lamb, Otway Free Range Pork, and many others, will be available in the store’s selection.

Kids love meatballs. We don’t know why, but they just do. Super quick to prepare and really versatile. This low sodium recipe ensures they’re getting the protein and minerals they need. Because tasty doesn’t have to mean overly salty.
The Flinders + C0. Kids product range is packed with up to 30% of a delicious blend of carrot and cauliflower that has been 100% kid-approved by our tasting panel.

Cooking Instructions
Method 1 – Air Fryer:
Heat the Air Fryer to 190℃ and cook the meatballs until they are cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
Method 2 – Pan Fry:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add some oil, let it heat up then add the meatballs. Cook until golden on all sides ( approx. 2 min. on each side) and cooked through ( approx. 15 min. total) using tongs to turn them all around.
Bon appetite!
If they love the meatballs, they’ll love the beef sausages. And vice versa. The recipe is nearly the same, because when you find something that works, don’t mess with it.
Our beef sausages contain 20% less sodium than the standard supermarket BBQ sausage*. Because tasty doesn’t have to mean overly salty.

Place sealed meat pack into boiling water. Simmer for 20 mins. Open and serve with sauce.

Pre-heat oven to 180C. Drizzle meat with olive oil and salt. Roast for 15-20 minutes on a greased tray. Once heated through, remove and serve with sauce.
This pack contains the finest quality free range pork belly that normally features on only the country’s best restaurant menus. We’ve handcrafted the
apple sauce using only premium granny smith apples. Why? Because the cornerstone to good cooking is to source only the best produce.
Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 240C. Remove pork belly from pouch and pat skin dry. Season skin with salt. Place skin side up on greased baking tray and cook in oven for 30-40 minutes until the skin crackles. Serve with sauce.

Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180C. Drizzle meat with olive oil and salt. Roast for 15-20 minutes on a greased tray. Once heated through, remove and serve with sauce.
Our Home Chef Series featured restaurant quality meat that has been slow cooked to perfection – served with an accompanying sauce or jus. Make meal time memorable – but without the hard work.
Lamb Backstrap. A tender cut, lean, with a beautiful delicate flavour. Easy and quick to cook, like you would a steak. A lovely cut that allows the gentle flavours of our Roaring Forties Lamb to shine through.
Lamb Fillets. Tenderness to die for. A very mild and delicate flavour. Perfect for quick grilling or pan frying. Don’t cook past medium – as it is a very lean cut.
Also known as the “Mid Loin Chop” or the “Lamb T-Bone”. An all time favourite. One one side of the bone runs the “Sirloin” muscle, which gives a wonderful flavour coupled with the outer fat cap that runs along it. The smaller muscle on the other side of the bone is the tenderloin – which will melt in your mouth every time.
Lamb Royalty. The cutlet comes from the Lamb Rack and combined a beautifully tender eye muscle, with a nice cover of fat to allow the flavours of our Roaring Forties Lamb to shine through. Grill simply, or combine with a good quality panko for some delicious crumbed cutlets.
Burgers are an art form. We are a supplier to many of Australia’s top burger restaurants, and our special blend of high quality chuck and brisket, with nothing else added (no preservatives – not even salt!). If you want the perfect beefy burger, then this one is for you.
Beef Mince. The world’s most popular cut of beef! Versatile and dynamic, our mince is made using a specific blend of whole cuts and trims, with a fat to lean ratio to give a beautiful beefy flavour every time.
Our Striploin Steak (otherwise known as Porterhouse Steak) is the same steak used by many of Australia’s top chefs and steakhouses. A generous amount of marbling (the intramuscular fat that keeps the meat super juicy and delivers a heap of flavour). Graded specially for tenderness. This steak will never disappoint.
Our Clean Label Marinated Pork Steaks combine some classic italian flavour in a simple, but delicious herb rub. A truly clean label product with 6 ingredients or less and absolutely no nasties. Simply grill with a little olive oil.
